CREAM OF TOMATO SOUP 
4 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 onion, sliced
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. soy milk

Combine tomatoes, onion and seasonings in 2 quart saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes. Whiz in blender. Stir in butter, mix flour into milk and add slowly to hot tomato mixture. Yield 6 servings.
