1 c. water
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. Hershey cocoa

Cook together for 2 minutes and cool.

Add to mixture:

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

10 x 15 inch sheet cake pan. DO NOT grease pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool completely.

FROSTING:

Boil 1 minute:

6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1 stick butter

Remove from heat. Immediately add 1 box confectioners' sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Beat with electric mixer, mixture will start to thicken. Frost.
