ROSETTES 
2 eggs
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. skim milk
1 c. flour

Beat eggs slightly with sugar and salt. Add milk and flour. Beat until smooth. Drip rosette iron in batter about 1/2 up the side of iron. Deep fat fry until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Makes 40 rosettes.
