MOM'S CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice, washed
1 can Mexicorn, drained
Salt and pepper
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 can water
3 slices bacon
1 med. onion
1 lb. hamburger

Combine tomato sauce and 1/2 can water; cut bacon slices in half. Layer in order listed. The hamburger is crumpled and raw. Place bacon on top. Cook for one hour at 350 degrees in a covered dish. Then cook uncovered for 1/2 hour.
