CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 sm. can green chilies
2 c. chopped chicken
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 pkg. tortillas
1 lb. Cheddar cheese

Saute onions in butter. Combine soups, broth, chopped green chilies and onion. Add chicken and heat. In long pan, alternate quartered tortillas, soup mixture and cheese (2 layers of each), ending with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

I made this recipe for my daughter and her family, as she has a new baby. They loved it. Her inlaws want the recipe. I only used a tbsp of the chilis. Enough heat for them. Thanks for the recipe.
