HAMBURGER BISCUIT BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 oz. (1 c.) cheese, shredded
1/4 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. milk
Vegetable sauce

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook beef and onion until brown; drain excess fat. Stir in cheese, salad dressing, and parsley. Combine biscuit mix and milk and stir, until moistened; turn out onto floured surface and knead 8 to 10 times.

Divide in half; roll into two 8-inch circles. Press 1 circle into well-greased 8 1/4 x 1 3/4 inch round ovenware dish. Top with second biscuit. Serves 6.
