SWISS STEAK 
3 to 5 lbs. beef roast
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 med. onion
3 to 4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
About 1/4 cup flour

Combine first 4 ingredients tomatoes, onion, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Blend in flour. Pour over beef roast. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 to 4 hours.
