SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. chuck steak
4 tbsp. flour
1 green pepper
1 lg. onion
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
Garlic
Steak seasoning

Pound steak. Season with steak seasoning. Rub 2 tablespoons flour in each side. Cover with pepper rings, onion rings and tomatoes. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on medium power 70 to 80 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
