GOLDEN CHICKEN NUGGETS 
3 whole broiler-fryer breasts, skinned, boned, cut into 1 x 1 1/2 inch pieces
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. water
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sesame seeds
1/2 c. flour
1 qt. (about) corn oil

Mix egg, water, salt, sesame seeds and flour. Dip chicken into batter; drain. Pour corn oil into heavy, sturdy, flat-bottomed 3- quart saucepan or deep fryer, filling no more than 1/3 full. Heat over medium heat to 375 degrees. Carefully add chicken, 1 layer at a time; fry 3 to 5 minutes or until golden. Drain. Serves 6.
