SALAD FOR SPECIAL HOLIDAYS | |
1 pkg. lemon Jello 2 c. boiling water 6 lg. marshmallows 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 c. grated carrots 1 c. crushed pineapple 1 c. pecans 1 c. whipping cream (or Cool Whip Dissolve Jello in hot water. Have ready marshmallows and cheese. Whip with beater until well blended. Add carrots, pineapple and pecans. Let cool. Add whipped cream. |
