CAN'T FAIL CARAMELS 
2 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. milk
4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. butter

Cook all ingredients except vanilla slowly and stirring constantly to 248 degrees or firm ball stage. Add vanilla and pour in greased large cake pan. When firm, cut and wrap in Saran Wrap.
