OVEN - FRIED POTATOES 
8 lg. potatoes, unpeeled
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika (optional)

Cut each potato into wedges and arrange, peel side down, on a baking sheet. Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees or until potatoes are golden brown. Brush occasionally with the oil mixture.
