OVEN - FRIED POTATOES 
8 lg. unpeeled potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges, washed
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. each garlic salt or powder and paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Arrange potatoes skin side down in large baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients. Brush over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes until brown. Brush occasionally with oil mix or bake 375 degrees 20 minutes, then broil 10 minutes. 8 servings.
