1 tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add honey and salt. Add flour. Knead. Roll pieces. Form letters on wax paper over a letter guide. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with salt. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.

NOTE: Preheat oven; use coarse salt if available.
