HAMBURGER BAR-B-CUE 
2 lb. hamburger
Salt & pepper to taste
1 bottle chili sauce
1/2 bottle catsup
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 med. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard

Brown 2 pounds hamburger. Add salt and pepper. Add chili sauce and catsup. Boil together celery, onion and water. Add the sugar, vinegar, mustard, onion and water. Add the sugar, vinegar and mustard; boil another 10-15 minutes.
