MOM'S CHILLED CHEESE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crumb crust, chilled
1 (1 lb. 6 oz.) can cherry or blueberry pie filling

Put cheese, milk, lemon juice and vanilla in blender container; cover and run on high 2 minutes or until smooth. Pour into the crust and chill 2-3 hours. Spread with pie filling and serve.
