SIMPLE CHILLED CHEESECAKE 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker crust
1 can filling (opt.)

Beat cream cheese. Add condensed milk and blend. Add lemon juice and vanilla and blend. Pour into graham crust. Refrigerate for 3 hours. If desired, add filling and chill for 1 hour.
