CINNAMON ROLLS 
Bread dough
Butter
Cinnamon to taste
Brown sugar (approx. 3/4 c.)
Raisins
Butter icing

Use either homemade white bread dough or frozen loaves. Roll out loaf size piece until it is rectangular in shape.

Spread butter over entire surface then sprinkle raisins, sugar, cinnamon over butter.

Roll from long side to make roll. Cut into 2 inch pieces, stand in pan, cut side up. Rise in warm place until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. When cool, drizzle with butter icing.
