CINNAMON ROLLS 
4 c. scalded milk
3 tsp. yeast in a little warm water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. shortening
7 to 8 c. flour to soft dough

Mix and knead well. Raise in greased bowl to double size. Roll out, fill and bake.
