WHITE CLAM SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. light cream
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can (6.5 oz.) minced clams

Melt butter in saucepan and add garlic. Stir in flour. Slowly blend in cream. Stir constantly until it thickens and boils. Add undrained clams and spices. Heat to boiling. Serve over hot buttered spaghetti.
