BUNDT-APPLE COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
2 apples, peeled and finely chopped

Cream butter and sugar together, add eggs and beat well. Mix in vanilla; sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with sour cream. Fold in apples. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan and sprinkle top with topping mixture. Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix.
