1 lg. pkg. (or 2 sm.) vanilla instant pudding
1 c. buttermilk
1 sm. container Cool Whip
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained
Keebler Fudge Strips cookies

Combine the pudding and buttermilk. Add the Cool Whip and stir until well blended. Add the mandarin oranges. Refrigerate. Crumble cookies on top when ready to serve.
