BBQ CHICKEN | |
2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts (skinned and halved) 1/3 c. teriyaki sauce 1/3 c. lemon juice 1/2 can beer 2 garlic cloves, chopped Mix ingredients; marinate chicken in ingredients at least 4 hours or overnight. Barbecue on medium hot coals for approximately 10 minutes on each side. Pour marinade over chicken while cooking. Serve with fresh vegetables and/or rice. |
