CHICKEN BARBEQUE 
1/2 c. butter
1 lg. onion, minced
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. tomato catsup
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne
5-6 c. cooked chicken breast, cubed

Melt butter and cook onion in it for 3 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients; simmer for 20 minutes or until thick, stirring occasionally. Mix chicken with sauce; simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns or sauce can be used for barbequing other meats. Sauce alone makes about 1 1/2 cups.
