BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
6 to 8 pork chops
6 to 8 med. onion slices
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/ tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. catsup
1 c. hot water

Place pork chops in large foil lined baking pan; place one onion slice on top of each chop. Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly. Pour over the pork chops and onion slices in baking pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes; uncover and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes more. Serve hot. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
