PORK CHOP BARBEQUE 
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1 lemon, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1-2 tsp. liquid smoke
6 pork chops

In a saucepan mix water, vinegar, sugar, dry mustard, salt, pepper and cayenne. Add lemon slices and onion slices. Simmer 20 minutes. Add catsup, Worcestershire and liquid smoke; bring to a boil. Place a small amount of mixture on bottom of baking pan. Place pork chops to top and pour sauce over. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven about 1 1/2 hours. Turn chops once. Very good served over rice.
