LINDA'S FRENCH COCONUT PIE 
1 stick butter, melted
3 eggs
1 tsp. vinegar, white
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell

Combine all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
