MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 lb. box of elbow macaroni shells
16 oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
2 cans evaporated milk
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter
Bread crumbs

Cook macaroni as directed.

CHEESE SAUCE: Melt butter in pan. Add flour to melted butter. Mix canned milk and enough water to make 4 cups. Add to flour and butter mixture. Cook until thickens a little. Add cut up cheese to mixture. Stir often until cheese melts.

Pour over macaroni in casserole dish. Brown bread crumbs in butter. Put on top of macaroni and cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Makes 10-12 servings.
