LEMON-POPPY SEED POUND CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. poppy seed
1 c. (each) soft butter, buttermilk
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. (each) baking soda, baking powder, salt, vanilla
4 tsp. grated lemon peel or lemon juice

Combine and mix well; pour into greased/floured bundt pan and bake 325 degrees for 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan; cool completely.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 to 2 tbsp. lemon juice

Stir until smooth and drizzle over cake.
