SPINACH SOUFFLE 
3 pkgs. chopped spinach, cooked & well drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz, or 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, chunked

Heat soup and cheese until melted and blended together. Mix cheese mixture with spinach. Place in greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
