EASY MARINATED GRILLED RIB-EYE
STEAK
 
2 rib-eye steaks, 1 to 1 1/2-inches thick (prime or choice)
1 (16 oz.) bottle Classic Catalina dressing (Kraft)
1 large Ziploc style bag

Poke steaks in several areas with a fork so that the marinade will penetrate the meat.

Place steaks in Ziploc bag. Pour entire bottle of dressing into bag. Squeeze the air out of the bag and seal.

Set flat in refrigerator and let marinate for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours (longer is better). Turn bag over half way through marinating time.

Grill on high in covered grill until done to your liking.

Serves 2.
