CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT 
2 pkgs. French vanilla pudding
2 c. cold milk
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
Graham crackers

FROSTING:

2 pkgs. premelt chocolate
2 tsp. white Karo
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. 10X sugar
3 tbsp. milk

Mix pudding with milk until thickens, fold in Cool Whip. Line 9 x 13 inch pan with graham crackers. Spread 1/2 pudding over crackers. Place another layer of crackers. Pour rest of pudding over them. Add another layer of crackers. Mix all ingredients for frosting with mixer. Refrigerate dessert after frosted until ready to serve. Better if made a day ahead.
