RUSSIAN CORN BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
1 hot pepper, chopped
1/2 c. creamed corn

Mix together ingredients. Pour into well greased baking pan (13 x 9 inches). Bake in preheated oven at 450 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
