RUSSIAN CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. self rising cornmeal
1 c. buttermilk 1 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 (or more) chopped hot pepper
1/2 c. cream corn

Mix well. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Use cast iron skillet.
