1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage (1 lb.)
9 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese (grated)
2 1/2 c. Bisquick

Mix all ingredients together with hands and form into small balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
