1 c. light brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 c. chocolate chips & a little extra (almost a whole 12 oz. bag)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat together brown sugar and butter, add egg and mix well. Combine flour, salt and soda. Mix together with sugar mixture. Add chips.

Place cookies on foil and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Makes 2 dozen large cookies.
