CANDY CANE TODDY | |
1/2 lb. butter 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground cloves 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 lb. brown sugar 2 eggs 1 pkg. sm. candy canes Melt butter; add spices, stir. Pour over brown sugar, mix well and allow to cool. Add 2 beaten eggs. Refrigerate in airtight container until using. Place in large mug: 1 candy cane, so cane hangs in side of mug. Next, place heaping teaspoon of mixture, add boiling hot water, stir well, serve. |
