GARLIC MOZZARELLA BREAD 
4-6 slices thinly sliced Italian bread
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
2-3 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. oregano
2 tbsp. parsley
1-2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1-2 tbsp. black pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Lay the bread out on aluminum foil on a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella on the top until most of the bread is covered. Sprinkle garlic powder throughout the slices from end to end. Then, sprinkle on oregano and parsley. Add a little black pepper to each slice.

Drizzle olive oil over the bread just to coat the mozzarella on the bread. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the bread and then put in the oven to bake until cheese is lightly golden brown. Usually 10 minutes or so. Take out of the oven and cut into little bread sticks.

Best served with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
