CRAZY CRUST DINNER 
CRUST:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sour cream
1 egg

FILLING:

1 lb. ground turkey, browned
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped onions
6 oz. tomato paste
4 oz. can mushrooms, not drained

Stir crust ingredients until blended (batter will be lumpy). Lightly grease side and bottom of pie pan. Spread batter over and make rim.

Mix together all filling ingredients and spoon into crust. Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 425 degrees. Sprinkle with cheese if desired and return to oven to melt.
