GUIDO'S PAN DINNER | |
Fresh vegetables Fresh ripe tomatoes or lg. can whole tomatoes 2 lbs. ground beef or turkey Garlic cloves or powder Rice (brown or white) Yellow squash, zucchini, onions, green pepper, use two or three of your favorites. Brown ground beef, drain and set aside. Cut and slice vegetables into bite size pieces. Saute vegetables and garlic in butter, butter or light oil. Add tomatoes to vegetables and heat through. Add vegetables and tomatoes to cooked ground beef. Season to taste. Simmer together 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over hot rice. Makes 6 hearty servings. |
