PAN DINNER ROLLS 
4 1/2 - 5 c. flour
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. shortening
2 tsp. salt

Combine 2 cups flour and yeast. Heat milk, sugar, salt and shortening until warm (120 to 130 degrees). Stir milk, add to dry ingredients. Add eggs. Beat with mixer for 1/2 minute then beat 3 minutes more at high speed. By hand stir in enough flour for a stiff dough, knead on a floured board until smooth.

Put into a greased bowl, turn to grease top. Let rise until double 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Punch down, divide in half. Form into small balls and place in 2 greased 8" pans. Let rise until double. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
