RED CINNAMON SALAD 
4 c. water
2 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
1/2 c. cinnamon candies
1 (29 oz.) apple sauce
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Heat water to boiling in large saucepan. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved; reduce heat and add candies; stir until dissolved. Remove pan from heat; stir in applesauce and lemon juice. Pour into large serving bowl. Refrigerate. Top with whipped cream when set.
