CORN PUDDING 
1 (15 to 16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (15 to 26 oz.) can creamed corn
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. sour cream or yogurt
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Salt & pepper to taste
1 egg

Mix together. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch greased casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees until lightly browned. Serves 8.
