FRIED RICE 
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
3 carrots, diced
1 1/2 c. chopped meat (any kind)
5 eggs

Cook 1 1/2 cups rice. Chop all ingredients. Simmer carrots in very little water. Put oil in large fry pan and scramble eggs. Remove from pan and saute onions, green peppers and garlic. Then add drained carrots, scrambled eggs and cooked rice. Season with salt and soy sauce. Serves 6.
