FRIED RICE 
1/2 lb. meat, cubed 1/4 x 1/4 x 1/4 inches (can use any kind of meat)
1/2 med. onion, chopped fine
1 1/4 c. cabbage, sliced very thin
1 1/4 c. celery, chopped fine
1 tbsp. salad oil
2 to 3 tbsp. carrots, chopped fine
Chopped green pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 to 3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 to 3 c. steamed rice

Prepare in very hot frying pan. Saute onion in salad oil, add meat then add all vegetables. Add soy sauce, salt, pepper, pinch of M.S.G. and sesame seeds; cook 4 minutes. Lower heat. Add rice, turning often to mix with above ingredients. Serve hot.
