STUFFED BAKED POTATOES 
8 med. white baking potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
1 c. milk, slightly heated
2 tsp. chopped green onion tops
6 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
Salt & pepper to taste

Bake potatoes until done. Remove foil from each potato. Cut lengthwise and scoop out potato and mash. Add butter, 1/2 cheese, salt and pepper, milk; mix thoroughly. Add chopped onion tops and bacon, stirring slightly. Fill potato jackets with potato mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Can be prepared in advance. Can be frozen.
