1 lg. can sweet peas (drained)
1 egg, hard boiled
2 Polish pickle spears (other kinds of pickles will do)
2 slices cheese (chopped)
1 tsp. onion (chopped) (optional)

Combine all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Blend with mayonnaise to desired consistency. Chill.
