PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin
3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves

Mix sugar, oil, and eggs. Add pumpkins and water; add self-rising flour. Spices and nuts. Bake in 4 pound coffee cans, greased. Fill only 1/2 full. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove from cans; cut in rounds. May spread with cream cheese. Delicious.
