OYSTER STUFFING 
1 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. onions, finely chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 qt. oysters & their liquid
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. sage
2 1/2-3 1/2 qt. bread (2/3 biscuits to 1/3 cornbread)
Milk if needed or chicken broth

Heat butter. Add onions, celery and chopped oysters. Add seasonings and bread; mix together. Add some milk or broth if needed to moisten. Bake in 375 degree oven for 45-60 minutes.
