APPLE BACON POULTRY STUFFING 
6 apples, peeled and chopped
2 c. cubed bread, lightly toasted
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. cubed Canadian bacon
1 c. minced celery
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. hot giblet stock or boiling water

Combine all the ingredients, mixing them lightly. Loosely fill the cavity of a turkey, chicken, or rock Cornish hen. The stuffing can also be baked in a 1 1/2 quart casserole in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.

Makes 12 servings.
